For anyone who is wondering the game won’t launch after install, restart the computer and then just play it in borderless mode not fullscreen and the problem solved. because the fullscreen mode make the game won’t launch.

Guys before you update the game you need to backup your save that is located in “C:\Users\(your name)\AppData\Local\GBFR\Saved\SaveGames”.
1.The savefile you should backup is “SaveData1.dat”.
2.Then update the game and start new game to make a new savefile that will make a new “SaveData1.dat”.
3.Now install notepad++ and install the plugin to view it in hex.
4.Open your backup savefile and the new savefile with notepad++.
5.Go to your new savefile and copy the first line from 00 to 07.
6.Go to your backup savefile and paste it in the first line from 00 to 07.
7.Save the files and replace the new savefile with your backup savefile.
8.Now open the game and see if it works.

Make sure you backup your savefile before you update the game.
If you already updated your game without making backup of your savefile then you already lost your save and there is nothing you can do to get it back.
But you can use cheats like what wemod has to get some items back and make your game more fun.

and yes you need to copy the first line of address 00000000 from 0 to 7.
