i played Assassin’Creed Shadows with Hypervisor method about 100 hours. Ovagames recommended always disconnecting when playing games.So far, my only PC is still safe.

i was willing to give it a try just to see is the game worth the hype but i guess i will wait until a have a proper crack/proper Bypass method. not because of HV bypass, but because the save needs Steam client and i don’t want to mix it up.

It’s possible that it’s an issue that’s only affecting certain setups and I happen to be fortunate. This is the process I went through:
I manually saved in pause menu. After closing the pause menu, I reopened it to check if my save was still there. It was, so I knew my save was somewhere on my computer and I figured I should back it up before closing the game.
The save folder is located at C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\GSE Saves\3357650\
I made a copy of that folder before closing the game because I read that there was an issue saving and I thought the game might be wiping the save folder upon close. To my surprise however, whenever I closed and reopened the game, my save just worked as normal and the backup was unnecessary.
I would say that if you save manually in the pause menu, close the pause menu, reopen it, and your save isn’t still there, you’ve got an issue.
