so for the first time it take a while …. but it will launch.
Throw your pc and buy a new one
amd phenom II? buy amd ryzen 5 1600.. is cheaper than ur phenom II and better performance for gaming
my game worked fine for 2 days and after that it just crashes after the splash screen

This is running on patch 1.18, with the latest on Steam being 1.53.
This does not include the main DLCs, and due to the lack of updates, is also missing several character creation options.
