I already tried and played it in my PC with Win 7, it’s totally works, no bug, no lag, and no crash at all, everything runs normal
And for those who have an issue with cutscene lag, try to change your customization on NVidia Control Panel > Manage 3D Setting > Program Setting > Add Persona 4 > Select High-performance NVidia processor > Save
