How to change langages ?

How can I change the language of the game and put it in French?
Search in the Hogwarts Legacy Installation-Folder for .ini and change the langugage in this file.
I get an error message telling me that I am not allowed to make changes

I think it won’t run as you’d like. If you can, try to upgrade your ram to 16gb.

lower the graphics settings. also try to use v sync to cap the fps. and dont forget to change the power plan to performance or if u have turbo, use that one instead.
