Install mods to make the game work better. The NVSE (New Vegas Script Extender) mod allows you to download the majority of mods. From there, just watch a video on youtube to find mods to make the game run better.

again like FO3,this probaly has the language pack because FNV is only 8gb…get the gog version.Also if you are getting this and FO3 for TTW,yes cracked versions works as long as it’s clean as hell(no mods)
