Hai, first of All thank you for the upload.
I managed to install the game like this:
1. Mount the iso using PowerISO
2. Then I run the “Sims2.exe” as administrator in “[Installation folder]/The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection/The Sims 2/TSBin”
But it won’t run and keep saying “Please insert the correct CD-DVD ROM. Press OK to restart the application”.
I have try all compatibility modes, but still no help.
My System is Windows 10 Home. Thank you!

i already try instal the directx from instalation but error.
and i try manual instal from mount folder and still didt work.
and i try download directx 9.0 from internet, and install and still not work.
game said directx 9.0 not found.
but i have directx 12 and already try instal directx 9.0 and still not work/

I’m sorry but “game is already cracked after installation” is BS. When I run it through Start Menu, it opened only to Mansion and Garden Stuff. When I run it through installation folder (Sims 2 main game and the rest of DLCs), there was an error message “Please insert the correct CD-ROM”.
Thanks, the loading takes 10 minutes at first gameplay but its worth it
OvaGames does a poor way of explaining this. So anyone in 2020 heres how to get it to work.
1) Go
E:\Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\The Sims 2 Mansion and Garden Stuff\TSBin
2) Run Sims2EP9.exe as Admin
3) If the game won’t load run in compatibility mode for Windows 7. (This fixed my w10 issue)
Also the game will show a black screen for over 3-5 minutes on first launch. Just leave it and let it load.
Notes: Yes it’ll say its Gardens and Stuff pack but ALL packs will be present in game. Happy Simming.

After hours searching here and there finally I can run this damn game!
For people who always get error missing cd or directx 9.0 missing (though you already installed it), the solution is simple:
1. Uninstall the game
2. Mount the ISO, install the game again without changing the installation folder. So it must be installed on the `c:\Program Files (x86)\The Sims 3. Ultimate Collection`
– Don’t eject the ISO yet, run the game from the desktop shortcut first.
4. Enjoy! Eject the ISO anytime.
