I think the admin split it because he/she is smart, he/she knows that splitting the file could reduce the possibility of download failed. The file is so big, if you failed, in most cases you can’t just resume it so you should do a ‘trick’ to resume it. Get it?
Dear admin, thank you for the games. I’ve downloaded RE 5 Gold and this, worked nice. I put stealth edit plugin so the game won’t crash. I think it’s because of the anticheat system.

just google and download msvcp100.dll file and put it in your main game directory.This should work for you
