Lower the setting, this is AAA game, just put everything to low setting. Unless your GPU is 8GB, you have no chance of playing it in high setting.

Ya lag. Move forward have to push two times to move. I thought my controller broken. Lol
if you using x360 controller then you have to emulated the controller to dualshock 4, cz the gamepad run with out error game pad if using ps4 controller
I assume you are using an Xbox Bluetooth controller. Here is the thing about BT. It has driver overhead that taxes the CPU. If you use the Official MS Dongle, that uses 2.4 Wireless instead (or some variation of it). That doesn’t tax the CPU or at least not noticeably.
If you play a game that has high CPU demand (I noticed this in Shadow of the Tomb Raider as well, which also has high CPU demand), and attempt to use BT, you will get FPS drops.
If you are getting “lag” as you refer to it, you may have outdated firmware on your controller. You will need to download the “Xbox Accessories App.” Connect your controller to your PC. If there is a firmware update, it will show. This will remove severe lag, but you will still suffer from FPS drops due to BT driver overhead

the optimization is pretty bad, stutter here and there, its somehow still hard to play even with mid to high end spec.
if its about the crash, i find out that if you wait until the shaders building is done, it can run smoothly enough. but that take a long time. more than a hour.
i recommend just wait until they patch it, they did some fixes earlier today and i hope ovagames can reupload the patched version later on.

Update is the “install note” tab within the info box for the game, look around you can’t miss it.
also you don’t have to redownload the game, just the update and let it install in the game folder.

Yeah, like 15+ years ago when bandwidth was precious and highspeed connections where few and far between. There where DSL connections and cable. Cable seeds where nowhere near as fast as they are today and forget about DSL. This was back in the day where T3 “Dumpsites” where extremely coveted as they where the FASTEST and most like came from some .EDU server.
