Exactly! is windows 11 update 24h4!. Rollback to 23h4 to fix problem. This is not the only game who stopped working on update 24h4. Resident Evil 4 remake, Deathloop, AC Valhalla and several others stopped working as well. Rolling back to 23h4 fix everything but need to reinstall windows 23h4 from scratch but it will worth. P.S. if you interested in rollback to play this ones again backup your data and do the procedure.

my game always fps dropping to like 3 or 5 but after few second it will be normal again. yes i do already try to lower the graphic but still the same
