idk why but it works, after weeks of tweaking lol
1. Navigate to the Splinter Cell Blacklist “SYSTEM” folder.
2. Locate Blacklist_Game.exe or Blacklist DX11
3.Create a shortcut on your desktop for whichever version you want to use.
4.Right click on the shortcut and select Properties.
6.Add this command at the end of the target -offline -offline_mode
so it will look like this : “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Blacklist\src\SYSTEM\Blacklist_game.exe” -offline -offline_mode

when i open game it says that the code “uplay.DLL is not found so please solve the problem and re upload the game please
any fix for this so far?
WARNING! With crack v1.03 applied “Blacklist_DX11_game.exe” & “Blacklist_game.exe” in game’s “SRC\SYSTEM” folder MUST BE ALLOWED TO INTERNET, or the game will crash every 20 minutes, cause Ubi protection wasn’t completely removed. If you want to play the game in offline mode, use v1.02 3DM crack, but expect, that it may not be 100% compatible with other 1.03 files.
