Hello there, for everyone who having an issue with the controller, I just found out how to fix it. Search for InputMapper, Download, and install it. While you plug your controller devices, open it and make a profile then choose what type of controller you want. and finish. I found this at Steam Community Hub.

u must trigered first, set framerate to 30, and then low set in all settings, then save it, and then u go back to option, then set maximum in all settings, dont forget change ur frame rate to 60, and disabled v-sync, in me is work, i hope its work to you

Kurenai’s character does not exist
after you install the 1.30 v, and you enter in the game, you will see the message telling you you can play with Kurenai, the new combination among Naruto, hashirama and asegura and other stuff, but you can not see Kurenai and neither you can do the new technique, and it tells you that the version it’s the 1.30
